Bitter Sweet and Oh So Beautiful!

It’s hard to believe, but it’s time to release our last cardmaking kit of 2025! This year has flown by, and we’re wrapping it up with this gorgeous floral Create-In-Quads layering stencil set and beautifully curated sentiments.

I've got 2 sets of cards to share with you today so let's get started.

Pretty in pink and purple and lots of shiny, sparkliness. This set dons a sparkle mist, glittery paste and shiny embellishments along with the addition of satin ribbon and foiled sentiments.

I used Lavender Glaze card stock and blended the design with Popsicle, Lollipop, Dried Fig & Jelly Donut inks along with a Cosmic Shimmer - Luna Paste - Moonlight Pink on some of the design. If you zoom in close you'll see the entire panel has a light sparkly mist which was added using a Deco Foil Glitter Dust Silver Spray. If you like shine, I highly recommend this spray!

And how about those beautiful bookmarks I made with one of the panels!?! I doubled the backing to give them stability then added the floral piece to the front and tied them off with some satin ribbon. Cannot wait to gift these with a coordinating card 💜

Now on to my next set of cards using the Timeless Blooms Create-In-Quads layering stencil set.

Concord Grape is one of my all-time favorite inks from Taylored Expressions. Depending on the pressure you use during ink blending, it can take on a deep, dark purple to a light and airy periwinkle color and that's evident in these cards. All of the florals were colored using just one ink pad --- Concord Grape.
