Peaceful Dove
When I saw that we were adding this beautifully detailed dove to the collection I knew I had to give her Grace and Reverence. I believe I have captured just that in this card using watercolor pencils for a washed-out background yet highlighting the dove. Read on to see how I achieved that look. Enjoy!
Grab your Distressed Watercolor Pencils and have some fun! I used some of the blue pencils directly onto the Peaceful Dove background stamp, spritzed it with water then pressed it onto watercolor card stock using my Misti. I then cut out 2 of the doves so I could layer the wings. All of the cut designs inside the dove are traced with a metallic silver acrylic pen. Isn't she pretty!?!
