Icy Blue Silver Snowflake
Let me just say .... I absolutely love tone-on-tone cards. They mesmerize me and in an odd way bring peace into my world as I gaze at them. How about you?
This card started with a plain piece of Salt Water Taffy card stock positioned in my Misti. I then added a few of the snowflake stamps from the Snow Crystals card making kit then stamped them onto the salt water taffy card stock using Sprinkles ink. I stamped some of them multiple times and barely stamped some of the others. I then ink blended the entire card with Sprinkles ink applying more pressure in some areas and not so much in others.
I cut out 2 of the Serene Snowflakes using Taylored Expressions silver foil card stock and adhered them together and placed it onto the inked card stock.
I cut a piece of Salt Water Taffy card stock and heat embossed the Happy Holidays sentiment from the Swirling Sentiments also from the Snow Crystals card making kit. Applied that to the card and added a few snowflakes for embellishment.
I think this is such a pretty card and if you like ink blending, you'll enjoy making this card too.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope I've tickled your crafty heart today 💕
